About Me

👋 Hey, I'm Shoaib — Your Programming Buddy

I'm Shoaib Hossain (aka SIHAB), a passionate software engineer who’s here to help you build, debug, or improve your website, mobile app, or backend API server.

✔ Who Am I?

Ever since childhood, I’ve been fascinated by technology. I was a top student in mathematics, and that logical mindset made programming feel natural. Over the past 3 years, I've turned that passion into a career—exploring, learning, and building real-world applications.

✔ What I Do

I work across the full stack, developing:

Web applications
Android & iOS apps
Windows, macOS & Linux desktop apps

Using the fastest and most flexible tools, I create efficient, scalable solutions that are tailored for real-world use.

✔ Languages & Frameworks

For simple, lightweight websites, I stick to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—they’re fast and resource-friendly.

For more complex web apps, I use ReactJS to take advantage of component-based architecture and client-side rendering.

✔ Backend Development

As a JavaScript developer, I use Node.js and Deno to create RESTful APIs and backend services.

I often pair them with Express or Hono for speed and productivity. I'm also familiar with PHP, though I only recommend it in specific scenarios.

As a MongoDB user, I can confidently say I work well within the MERN stack.

✔ Mobile App Development

I use Flutter and React Native to build cross-platform mobile apps.

Flutter gives me fast performance and built-in Material Design.
React Native is my go-to for custom designs and CSS flexibility.

✔ Desktop App Development

Using Electron, I build cross-platform desktop apps with web tech (React, TypeScript, Node.js).

But when performance matters, I prefer Flutter—it’s fast, beautiful, and lightweight thanks to its custom rendering engine.

Each framework has its strengths, and I choose based on the project's goals—not hype.

✔ Linux Is My Daily Driver

I’ve been using Ubuntu Linux as my primary OS for 10+ months now. It gives me deep control, great performance, and is my go-to for server deployment and development.

✔ My Approach to Performance

Performance matters. Whether it’s web, mobile, or desktop—I always optimize based on the platform and client needs.

Flutter helps a lot, but for other tech, I personally make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

My Journey

My journey started with failure when I attempted to learn programming through a challenging C programming video aimed at creating an app, which left me feeling overwhelmed. I then turned my attention to HTML, successfully learning it from a well-organized ICT book during class XI. This early success encouraged me to experiment with CSS and gradually accept the necessity of JavaScript for web development. Despite my initial reluctance, I managed to grasp the basics of NodeJS and MongoDB from CodeWithHarry. However, PHP proved to be a stumbling block initially due to its syntax and functionality. Through further exploration, I eventually understood PHP's role as a backend language, which prompted deeper dives into Node and React to align with industry demands. I faced ongoing challenges with React Redux and GraphQL, but my persistence and dedication to learning allowed me to overcome these obstacles. Despite setbacks in job searches, I found solace in Android development and eventually transitioned to Flutter due to its efficiency in UI design and similarities to React Native. Now proficient in multiple platforms, I feel well-prepared to tackle professional challenges across various domains. My journey underscores resilience in overcoming initial failures and setbacks, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in the dynamic field of software development.
